Refunds are NOT available on items purchased and already baked. Including if you are unable pick up your order as intended. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are unable to pick up your order and is feasible within my operating schedule, I will offer a free delivery depending if the location is with in the Hickory, NC 10 mile radius(Check the Delivery & Shipping page for radius map). Otherwise a delivery fee will be required.
Once a delivery time is confirmed there will be no changes or exceptions after 24 hours from delivery time approval.
